At a Yucatán ejido restoring mangrove, the community's own operators scan the restoration bank themselves instead of waiting on an outside survey crew: per-tree structure and blue carbon at ±1 cm accuracy, produced in days and owned outright by the people who measured it — evidence they can put behind their own blue-carbon claim.
